Kristin M. Rhodus, Esq.

Attorney Kristin M. Rhodus handles business law and litigation, civil litigation, appellate practice, and criminal defense matters at Rhodus Law Firm, PLLC. She became the firm’s Managing Partner in early 2021 where she manages complex litigation including business litigation cases, high level felony criminal cases, and employment contract litigation. She was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina in 2010, and the State of Florida in 2011. She is also admitted to practice in the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Middle District of Florida. She has over 10 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney, having formerly served as a Regional Conflict Counsel for the Fourth District Court of Appeals, as a Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and engaged in private practice. Her experience has ranged from interning for the Navy JAG to litigating injunctions, third degree felonies, murders, various complex civil matters, and arguing before the Second District Court of Appeals. Currently, she is an active member of the Florida Bar and Clearwater Bar Association. She was born in California, raised in Las Vegas, practiced in North Carolina, and resides and practices in St. Petersburg. She is an avid beach volleyball player and enjoys spending time with her two dogs.
