Effective legal counsel requires proactive risk mitigation and balancing the resolution of a dispute and the return on investment. I help businesses and individuals navigate disputes requiring court intervention, while prioritizing strategies that resolve – or entirely avoid – the conflict.

I operate on a foundation of transparency and keep my clients informed to make high-level decisions with their representation. Some choices can only be made by the client who must be appropriately informed. I can fly the plane built from the facts and circumstances, but the client decides when and where to land.

The same commitment to precision and strategy extends beyond the office. I have a passion for driving and engineering race cars and have raced competitively for years, including the national championships. I love spending time with my family. I have two daughters, a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old. I devote time and energy to the non-profit that my wife and I started, Charlie’s Champs, to help get children with disabilities bicycles so that they can experience that sense of freedom, participate with their family and friends, and get that exercise.
